Date: Thursday 3 October 2019
Time: 1:00pm–3:00pm
Venue: Rogers Room, Woolley Building, The University of Sydney
RSVP: To Keagan Brewer (keagan.brewer@sydney.edu.au) by 30 September 2019. Please indicate in your email whether you would like to present a 'flash paper' or simply attend and listen to others.
The University of Sydney node of the ARC Centre for the History of Emotions will be hosting a 'flash papers' seminar on Thursday 3 October from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. As this is a non-teaching week for many institutions, we hope that as many Sydney-based emotions scholars as possible will be able to join us. Please feel free to forward this invitation to any researchers at your institutions you feel will welcome the invitation.
The event is for Sydney-based emotions scholars to get to know each other. You are welcome to give a short talk of five minutes to summarise your recent work on the emotions. We envisage that these talks will be only semi-formal, and the event will be a friendly and relaxed opportunity for us all to get to know each other.
Please note lunch is not provided. However, there are a variety of good food options are available at the Holme Building across the road from the Seminar venue.
